Some of this is not 90's at all

For instance

Wax on Wax off, came from The Karate Kid (1984). I remember imitating the karate moves and receiving the action figures for Christmas after they came out in 1986.

Paper Scrunchies- Those died out by 1991

New Kids on the Block had fallen off the face of the planet by 1992

the Little Mermaid came out in 1989 and was essentially yesterdays news by 1992

Razor Scooters- These first appeared in 1999, and were used mostly by kids who were toddlers and very young kids through most of the 90's.

Get Over Here- I assume this is a referrence to Mortal Kombat, which is still producing games in the series to this day.

The Internet was commercially available since 1989, the WWW as we know it was constructed by 1990, and by the early 90's commercial web browsers were already available. My family had the internet since at least 1996.

The original My Little Pony ran from one year, 1986-1987.

The original Care Bears TV series ran from 1985-1988

Hot Wheels were not a toy exclusively popular in the 1990's. In fact, Id argue that they were more popular in the late 70's to late 80's before the infestation of video games.

Gas Prices- I seriously doubt any "kid" is going to remember gas prices.

I think you are combining a kid of the 1990's with a hybrid kid, who spent large amounts of time in both the 1980's and 1990's. Id say the most likely range of years you would have have to be born to clearly remember all of those things is probably between 1980-1983.
Every song on this brand-new album is actually wonderful. Finest yet I would claim, at least its the best! In case anybody is thinking of getting the album for nothing I recently happen to perform some research and found an area for you to obtain it. Its exactly where I acquired it at any rate, all the best .!
I was born in 1990 and about 2/3 of this applies to me.

"I've fallen I can't get up" was more of an 80s thing. So was "Why don't you marry it."

I was the greatest Pog master this world will ever know, at least until my mom sold all of mine in a garage sale when I left for college...
